Salad with tomatoes preserved in oil “nesti”
INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g of turkey meat
- 10 tomatoes preserved in oil “Nesti”
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 shallot
- Olive oil
- White wine vinegar
- Sat
- Pepper
- Mustard as desired
PREPARATION:
Grill the turkey meat, mince it and keep it warm. Wash the head of lettuce and cut it into strips, dripping it.
Drip the oil from the dried tomatoes and cut them into strips or into little pieces.
Prepare the seasoning byblending 1 spoon of olive oil per person with a drizzle of white vine vinegar, salt and pepper. Add mustard as desired.
Put the salad in a bowl, add the turkey meat and the shallot cut into rounds, add the seasoning and carefully mix. Serve the salad.
