Pasta with “carciofini” “Nesti”
INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g of pasta “sedani” type
- 350 g of peeled tomatoes
- 8 carciofini (little artichokes) “Nesti”
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 5 spoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
PREPARATION:
Brown the minced garlic and onion in oil, add the blended peeled tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 20 minutes and add the “carciofini” cut into little segments.
Cook the pasta “al dente” in salted water, season it with the sauce and serve.
