Tarts with “carciofini” preserved in oil Nesti
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 slices of sandwich bread
- 4 “carciofini” (little artichokes) preserved in oil “Nesti”
- 50 g of butter
- Anchovy paste
- Mayonnaise
PREPARATION:
Beat the butter mixing it with some anchovy paste and spread it on the bread slices. In the centre of the slices, put a “carciofino” divided into four parts and decorate the slices with the mayonnaise.
Lay the tarts on a serving plate and serve immediately.
