Tasty rolls with carciofini “Nesti”
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 slices of lean calf meat
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 8 little slices of mozzarella
- 8 carciofini (little artichokes) preserved in oil “Nesti”
- Butter
- Soup
- White wine
- Sage
- Salt
PREPARATION:
Beatthe slices of meat and put a slice of cooked ham, 1 mozzarella and 1 carciofino cut into little slices on each piece of meat.
Add salt and wrap the slices of meat building a roll. Close the roll with a toothpick and insert 2 leaves of sage.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the rolls and pour the wine. When the wine has dried out, add a spoon of soup.
Add salt, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes. Add soup, if necessary.
